What is and is not modelled

The calculators combine submitted inputs with disclosed thermal, efficiency, tariff and cost assumptions. They do not inspect the property or model every product, installation, fixed supply charge, maintenance cost, incentive, future tariff or behavioural change. Rooftop-PV contribution is not included numerically, so actual electric costs and savings may differ; PV is never credited to gas. Gas-boosted solar hot water is a separate solar-thermal model with disclosed auxiliary-gas assumptions.
